About the Studio:

Lo Malone Studios is a full service design firm located in sunny Southern California, and founded by Principal Designer Lauren “Lo” Malone. We do everything from consulting to complete rebuilds, and everything in between!

The Studio is passionate about design, and we are motivated to find ways to transform average spaces into something that feels as though you stepped into your very own dream vacation. We will use the location of your property, along with your personal experiences and goals, to help create a vision that will stand the test of time. Our priority is to create spaces that bring a sense of happiness, excitement and completeness to everyday life, and we do this through an experienced process that includes customized shopping lists, mood boards and renderings to help you visualize the final product.

Our collaborative process is a team effort. Each project is lead by founder Lauren Malone through a personalized PROCESS. WE prioritize each project WITH an abundance of time and attention. we view each project as a unique CREATIVE opportunity and our goal is to work together as a team to bring the most INNOVATIVE concepts to life for our clients.


  • Founder and Principal Designer

    Lauren’s gift has always been the ability to visualize the potential of a project. She has a keen eye for color and texture and has the ability to find a cohesive balance within a space to make everything look intentional and collected.

    In addition to founding Lo Malone Studios, Lauren is also an experienced attorney and licensed realtor. Her knowledge of the laws surrounding construction, real estate and development, in addition to her appreciation of market value and real estate investments, has provided a multifaceted perspective to how she approaches design overall. This has served her clients in two essential ways: effective project management and thoughtful investment analysis.

    By incorporating in her legal and real estate foundations with her passion for creativity and design, she has helped numerous clients through the journey of investing into their real estate. As the founder of the Studio, she has focused on designing spaces with the client's lifestyle and future goals in mind, while also pushing each space to reach its fullest potential!
